What's included


  • A feasibility/viability call.
  • A complete discovery phase with questions (by e-mail or during the dedicated meeting), scenographic vision and event logistics (accommodation, transport, etc.).
  • A consolidated proposal and quotation, taking in account the logistics..
  • A solid onboarding.
  • Setting up the planning process.

During and until the wedding

  • Administrative management including quotations, verification, contracts, recording in my "Aisle Planner" management tool.
  • Legal support for the quotation/contract part of vendors.
  • Management and organization of the technical visits
  • Artistic management of the event, setting up the artistic direction in duo with the photographer and videographer.
  • Support and advice, psychological accompaniment.
  • Logistical preparation of the event, including day-to-day arrangements, transportation, accommodation and plan Bs.
  • Financial follow-up, reminders of upcoming deadlines, informing the vendor that payment has been made.


  • Debriefing with clients and professionals to identify both positive and negative elements.
  • Follow-up on final payments, if necessary.
  • Only if clients agree, followed by possible blog submission.

An informal chat with only one of you two, ideal for getting to know each other and hearing what your needs are about d-day coordination. This first call lasts about 15 minutes.

Feasibility call


This is a 1h30-2h video appointment with the both of you, during which you will explain all aspects of your wedding. Following this, I'll be able to draw up a personalized proposal and quotation.

Discovery meeting


A video appointment with the both of you, during which I will present the service, approximately 1h-1h30.

Presentation of the project


The whole process can be completed within 15 days, bearing in mind the time difference if applicable and everyone's availability.

We stayed on the property in Provence for 8 days with all our guests. We had activities scheduled throughout the week as well as a Welcome Reception, Ceremony, Lunch, Dinner, and post-Brunch.
