One initial consultation call.
A discovery phase with questions (by e-mail or during the dedicated meeting), scenographic vision and event logistics (accommodation, transport, etc.).

5 preparation meetings of 1 hour each, held remotely.
Administrative management recording in my "Aisle Planner" management tool.
Artistic management of the event, setting up the artistic direction in duo with the photographer and videographer.
Full coordination from D-7 to D+1 by a Wedding Planner and a Assistant.
Management of vendors and presence of the team on the event day.
Support and advice, psychological accompaniment.
Financial follow-up, reminders of upcoming deadlines, informing the vendor that payment has been made.
Option for a site visit if the venue is unknown.

This is a 1h00 video appointment with the three of us, during which you will explain all aspects of your wedding. Following this, I'll be able to draw up a personalized proposal and quotation.
